What is the purpose of this platform?

To make a family of fast, ethical sales people who can help accelerate sales of services or products of our seller and earn commission. You as a sales partner just need to have capability of doing sales. We will provide you the product or services to sell. You can choose to sell what you want to sell. You need not to sell everything that we offer. You can work with your existing job. It is not a full time job.

Who can become a sales partner?

No barrier based on language, age, gender or religion. Anybody who knows the art of selling can join us. No need to be working with us full time.

How do I join as a sales partner?

Just fill the form available on our website. We will contact you, if we find your application interesting.

What are the costs associated with becoming a sales partner?

Currently for early birds, we are not charging any joining fee. However, as we are getting many requests to become a sales partner on our platform, if you want to process your application faster than you can choose the paid option. Your application will be processed on priority.

What support is provided to sales partners?

We provide a FAQ section of whatever we offer for selling. You can ask questions. We will add them as well in those pages.

How do I find business deals on the platform?

It will be available on your login dashboard. You can search, filter. We will also send you whatsapp messages when a new deal is added.

What types of business deals are available?

We sell various types of things. Broad categories are online tools and services. For eg: Softwares, Marketing and Sales consulting, Chemical and hardware products for sale.

What are the commission rates for sales partners?

It depends on the product or service. You will be informed before you choose to start selling those products.

How and when do I get paid for my sales?

After 7 days the payment is done and the product is delivered to the customer.

How do I update my account information?

Once you are accepted as a Sales Partner. You get your personal dashboard on our portal for such information.

What if I encounter technical issues?

You need to whatsapp (preferred) or mail your issues.

Are there any community guidelines or rules?

Yes, we are ethical sellers. We do not promise fake things or features. The platform's reputation has the highest priority. We do not want to dilute our image because of the misconduct of any sales partner. They will be eliminated immediately.

What products/services can I sell on this platform?

You can sell softwares, any digital or physical services, special commodities or physical products can be sold on our platform. We look for things which are unique or which can be expanded to many locations. The product must have a good margin.

What are the fees associated with selling on this platform?

There is no listing fee currently. We take our margins from the actual products sold. Things can be discussed here as well.

How does the order fulfillment process work?

Order is placed and payment is done by customer to our platform. We take our margin and pass the remaining amount with order to the seller.

What are the payment terms for sellers?

Payment is done within 2 days the product is delivered. No cap for payment to the seller from our side.

What support is provided to sellers?

We are the most helpful company for sellers, once we accept the product that they are selling.

How can I list my products/services on the platform?

You need to pass the product and it’s details to our platform. We do not intend to sell 100 SKUs of any seller.

How can I promote my products/services on the platform?

If you just want to promote your products/services on the platform then we take a fee for that. That fee depends on the place we want to sell your products.

How do I manage orders and customer inquiries?

We will provide a dashboard to sellers as well.

How does the platform handle customer disputes and returns?

Once the order is placed and payment is done, the disputes are handled by the seller and customers. We will help the seller, if needed.

What devices can I use to access the seller dashboard?

Our dashboard is best viewed on a laptop. Mobile access can also be done. We currently do not have any mobile app.

Is the platform secure?

Your customer data payment data is safe with us.

How do I update my account information?

It can be done with the dashboard provided to you.

What if I encounter technical issues?

Are there any seller policies or guidelines?

You need to fulfill your promises to customers.

Our sales partner will share the same with you.

How can I contact a sales partner for inquiries?

Just reach us through the “contact us” page with your city details and the product/service in which you are interested.

What are the payment options available?

Credit card, debit card, online wallets are accepted.

What is the return and refund policy?

This will vary based on product/service availed by you.

What if my order arrives damaged or defective?

It would be returned or refunded. This will be separately mentioned with each product or service mentioned.

Is it safe to make purchases on this platform?

Your data is safe with us. We do not share your data with other companies. Your payment is also safe with us till you do not get your order.
